Meter Read Submissions

We are in the process of updating our customer portal which is used for meter read submissions. If for any reason you are unable to access the portal, please e-mail the reads to and we will update and reads and inform you once it is done. If it is easier you may also call through and leave the meter reads with one of our customer service representatives.


Our website functionality is undergoing a major overhaul during the next few weeks with a view to improving its ease of use and functionality. We apologise for the inconvenience.
